ANF THE WHOLE BOOK IS SCATTERD WITH BS STATMENTS SUPOSED TO BE MADE BY CONSPIRASISTS. I LOVE THE BOOK THOUGH, GOOD INFORMATION.
I for one find author’s description flattering in comparison to my experiences here, like for instance: OP: OMG, THE SUN IS IN THE WRONG PLACE!!! AC: Can you provide us with data on deviations between the actual and calculated azimuth of sun at your place? Use one of publicly available applications (link). There’s no deviation at my place. OP: SHILL!!! *
I'm quoting word for word on the book, "The skeptics guide to conspiracys."
Who are conspiracy theorists? we think of a conspiracy theorist as the person who's worried the CIA has bugged his phone, convinced he's being followed everywhere, fretting over mind-controled satellite transmissions, living in a tiny apartment surrounded by old newspaper articles and magazine clipings. But that stereotype arose from movies more than reality. The truth is, conspiracy theorists look and act like everyone else.
But they think they know the "truth". They see themselves as the ones who really understand what's going on. according to conspiracy theorists, the rest of the world is wrong in their beliefs. conspiracy theorists are skeptics, cynics, and doubters... unless presented with somthing that fits there theory-then they're believers.
I DON'T KNOW BOUT YOU GUYS BUT I FIND THAT BIT OF WRITING INSULTING. ANF THE WHOLE BOOK IS SCATTERD WITH BS STATMENTS SUPOSED TO BE MADE BY CONSPIRASISTS. I LOVE THE BOOK THOUGH, GOOD INFORMATION.
