Original Message I have lots of left over Spam from when I thought food was going to be scarce after the crash of 08. I'm just looking for some change of pace when it comes to my typical Spam and eggs meal.

How do you cook it? It actually tastes pretty good, so I have no regrets on buying it.

I slice it in to 4 even patties and fry it in a pan. It's usually a side dish for me with a couple of eggs.
