For the last 20 minutes, when I get still, I can feel my whole body pulsating. I thought it was an earthquake a few minutes ago, but nothing else was moving. It is hard to explain the sensation...Mostly felt in my legs, but definitely throughout my entire body, my 'aura' (my body and the space outside) is conceivably throbbing...never felt this before...
