This coincides closely with the date of October 28, 2011 on which we complete the Universal consciousness cycle according to the Mayan calendar by Calleman.

Coincidentally, this (7 billion) appears to also be close to the threshold of number of neurons in the human brain (lowest estimates are 10 billion) which is considered necessary for human consciouness!

So basically we are moving towards enough people to have Unity consciousness of the human race!
