Ive been really practicing astral projection (AP), and thus far, have had no consious luck. Perhaps I accidently did it, but I have no recollection. I've studied and attempted the anchor, rope, and the rocking method, but Im not quite there yet. Would someone please give me more insight, and specifications? Like does being stoned help, or make it harder? Will cigerettes make it impossible? (obvious they won't help) Or is it just trail and error, because Ive felt only inches away from it. I know it is a lot of practice and knowledge that will help, thats why I created this post. :) ps. if you dont believe and you quickly try to troll, ill simply ignore you, and youll waste youre time.
