Original Message Exercise Pacific Wave 11 and EAS national test coincides with Asteroid 2005-YU55 timeline...9 NovWTF...COINCIDENCE???

Exercise Pacific Wave 11 will be held on 9 and 10 November 2011, and will involve multiple scenarios, played out in real time, to allow all Pacific countries to select and exercise a regional/local source tsunami event. Countries are recommended to choose only one scenario to exercise. However, countries may exercise more than one scenario simultaneously, if they wish. The exercise scenarios include major tsunamis generated by great earthquakes in the following areas:

• Kamchatka (Kuril–Kamchatka Trench)
• Ryukyu Islands (Nansei–Shoto Trench)
• Philippines–South China Sea (Manila Trench)
• Philippines–Pacific Ocean (Philippines Trench)
• Vanuatu (New Hebrides Trench)
• Tonga (Tonga Trench)
• Northern Chile (Peru–Chile Trench)
• Ecuador (Colombia–Ecuador Trench)
• Central America (Middle America Trench)
• Aleutian Islands (Aleutian Trench)

In each exercise scenario, the simulated tsunami will be propagate in real time. Each scenario will be started during the morning hours in the tsunami source region, and will last for approximately six to nine hours to simulate the earthquake occurrence.

Seems funny that the first nationwide EAS test is going approximately 12 hours EST after passing. Speculating that 2005-YU55 hits in the South Pacific; 12 hours might be about right time it takes for tsunami to propagate to US East Coast.

It something suppose to happen...perfect timing

Will it hit Earth or the moon...don't know...just have a bad feeling about this one.

Thanks to AC for below link on EAS test.

If an asteroid of size 200 meters hit the ocean (which covers 70% of the Earth), the tsunami (i.e., giant wave) it would create would inflict catastrophic destruction of coastal cities and substantial worldwide human casualties along coastlines. If an asteroid of size 1 kilometer hit Earth, it would cause a dust cloud which would block out sunlight for at least a year and lead to a deep worldwide winter, exhausting food supplies. The latter is what caused the dinosaur extinction, as well as other major extinctions of smaller creatures in geologic time scales. The 200 meter asteroid hits, which are far more common than the 1 km+ hits, wouldn't show up much in geologic histories on a global scale.

JPL shows YU55 passing by our planet closer to us than the moon ever gets.

We all know that the tides are controlled by the moon and it’s proximity...

“Tides are created because the Earth and the moon are attracted to each other, just like magnets are attracted to each other. The moon tries to pull at anything on the Earth to bring it closer. But, the Earth is able to hold onto everything except the water. Since the water is always moving, the Earth cannot hold onto it, and the moon is able to pull at it. Each day, there are two high tides and two low tides. The ocean is constantly moving from high tide to low tide, and then back to high tide. There is about 12 hours and 25 minutes between the two high tides.”

What is the asteroid’s mass compared to that of the moon? Do we know what if any it’s gravitational force is?
Do we know what it’s made of? Do you know what it’s effects on our magnetosphere will be?
Do we know if it will interfere with our own poles and gravity?
Do we know if it will have an effect on our tides?
Do we know if there will be an overlapping CME sent our way around the same time it’s supposed to pass by?
What kind of effects will it have on the moon?

With these questions unanswered questions, we can’t discount the fact that it could have a some effect; maybe even catastrophic.

...no doubts that 9 Nov 2011 will be significant
