[quote:Jean 1547256:MV8xNjk2MDUzXzI4MDMwODAxX0VENjcxQ0M3] IF Eastern time is minus 5, then you need to add 5 to get Universal time that it will be at that time... 2pm + 5h = 7pm UT muahahahahah [/quote]

Look at the time of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) on 9 November 2011 2:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time).
Convert to Universal Time (UT) to align with astronomical observations.
EST is UT -5 take off 5 hours that’s 9AM (Universal Time).
So the numerology of the date is 9-11-11-9 double 9 nines and elevens.

The closest approach of 2005-YU55 by the public JPL Generated ephemerides in Universal Time is 9 November 2011 but no hourly time estimate is given.
The ephemeris calculates all points at midnight zero hours UT. Whether it passes at exactly 9AM UT no one with access to public data can say but:
What is the coincidence that a natural heavenly body is passing the Earth at such a spooky illuminatti date as 9-11-11-9.
