When a billionaire or businessman says "my company needs $10 billion or $100 million funding or loan or investment, it means they are begging for $10 Billion or $100 million.
Presidents and politicians beg for votes and money for industry they push forward.
Beggars beg for $1 or $5.
Basically all of the above are beggars.
