First thing the bad guys represent the reptilians and an easy way to figure this out is after you see the V series and the anime dragonball z, the big boss of the bad guys looks exactly like the reptilian god in dragonballz that was watching over earth their heads had the same shape size look etc. also if you look at their teeth they look exactly like the teeth of the reptilians in the V series and lastly the transformer girl in the movie had a tail exactly the same looking like the tail Anna had in the V series.

Now this conversation was made by the good guys(bad guys pretend to be good) and it's full with evil.
They try to excuse the murder of solar systems and planets/mega cells of the universal organism by saying "hey we had a rule to never destroy a planet with life" so the ignorant sheeple will think alright they're good guys only if they knew every planet is a living conscious alive mega cell of the universal organism!!! so these motherfuckers destroy planets and on top of that they wanna pretend they're the good guys!

Last thing i took note was these alien symbols/language look kinda like the chinese language and it reminded me the series Firefly where the universal language of all planets in the universe was the chinese! also the universal police and military had the chinese flag as their flag and also the main characters in the movie they were speaking chinese instead of english many times in the movie.
To me this showed how much the dragon's race hopes their boss on the moon to take over the universe and establish their language as the universe's language.
