Original Message Trying to help a paid member user connect to GLP voice chat - he is on use.net, a satellite IP. He is able to log on to GLP but cannot for some reason connect to voice chat. he enters his credentials then it just sits ther "connecting..."

Anyone know the issue? Any help or insight is appreciated.

He has an XP machine, IE 9.
