One thing I don't get about some people is how they can decide to be inconsiderate to everyone else around them. For example, these neighbors sit in their driveway and play music from their car with the trunk up and will play the most repetitive non relateable music for hours on end, even until 30 minutes after noise curfew. I will never understand how someone can continue to have a good time knowing they are surrounded, and knowing the whole block can hear that shit. Why not go to a Park?
