According to the J.Laskar’s theory on the obliquity, the integration of precession parameters and the influence of the Moon would explain the phenomenon of the cyclical obliquity of Earth ranging from plus/minus 1,3° around the mean of 23,3° and its stabilization by the Moon [link to www.nature.com]
OK for the stabilization by the Moon, but the precession of the equinoxes being a consequence of the obliquity, it doesn’t actually explain why it is oblique and why it is cyclical? The famous Milankowitch’s theory explains precisely the influence of the obliquity on the climate change, but not why it is oblique and also not why the tilt is oriented to the link side?
Another interesting consideration is that, even if there are many exceptions, this tilt in this direction seems to be the norm among the planet of the solar system [link to en.wikipedia.org] It seems to be growing with the distance from the Sun. Let take first only the “normal planets”: Earth: 23,44°; Mars: 25,19°; Saturn: 26,73°; Neptune: 28,33°. When a planet is more distant from the Sun, the influence of the distant binary companion of the Sun down below the ecliptic would be comparatively greater.
Now let’s discuss the exceptions:
Mercury has no tilt. Perhaps it’s too close from the Sun to be notably influenced by another very distant celestial body.
Venus is very abnormal: it’s tilted upside down (177°) and it turns very slowly on itself in a retrograde sense. It could be the result of a collision by an asteroid or a very close fly-by from a big celestial body like Nibiru.
Uranus is also tilted upside down, but sideways (82°) and was probably also victim of a collision or a close fly-by, but maybe a smaller one than Venus, because it still rotates at a normal speed and in the normal sense.
Jupiter is tilted in the same direction, but much less than the other “regular” planets (only 3,12°). Yet it is much more massive than the others (3,3 times more massive than Saturn, i.e. and closer from the Sun (5,2 AU vs. 9,5 AU). It could explain its relative resistance to the tilt. So finally Jupiter is possibly normally tilted.
A binary system with a brown dwarf or a second sun, on the other hand, could better explain the Earth obliquity and its cyclicity.
The obliquity would be a consequence of an orbital obliquity (about 30°) of the second sun/brown dwarf/Nibiru relatively to the ecliptic (and solar) plane. The sun has a big, but equivalent pull on both positive and negative pole of Earth and of the other planets. Its influence is therefore to stabilize the planets in an un-tilted axis. That’s probably why Mercury (at 0,39 AU) is not tilted and Venus (at 0,73 AU) only -3° tilted. Nibiru would on the other hand have a strong magnetic positive polarity and would pull on the negative South Pole of the Earth.
The combined stabilizing influence of the Sun and tilting influence of Nibiru from under the ecliptic plane would result in a tilting of 22,5° to 25°, depending of the altitude and the distance of Nibiru.
I would imagine the Nibiru trajectory as retrograde in an eight-shape orbit crossing with the Sun in the middle (the x part of the eight). One half of the eight-shaped trajectory of Nibiru would stand under the ecliptic plane (according most of the prophecies, Nibiru/Woodworm would come from under the ecliptic plane) and the other half of the trajectory would stand above the ecliptic plane, after the crossing with the Sun.
In-between a pole shift (the great one) would occur from the Nibiru’s fly-by and from its magnetic pull, with an upside down obliquity reversal of the Earth (from 23°+180°+23°=226° or 5/8 of 360°), in a momentary acceleration of its rotation up to an equivalent position on the other side of the ecliptic plane for the above part of the Nibiru’s trajectory.
Then, after a loop of 12’879 years above the ecliptic, Nibiru or the Planet of the crossing/Planet X, would return and cross the Sun one more time on its descending node, and cause a new pole shift (the “small” one, still sufficient to have annihilated the Atlantis civilization! ). The Earth would rotate this time of 180°-23°-23°=134° or 3/8 of 360° in another momentary acceleration to return to the today’s current configuration. That’s why the Great year duration would be 25’758 years long and comprehend two Nibiru’s crossings and two pole shifts to complete the cycle. The question is how will be the crossing?
I think that the Sun and Nibiru could rotate around their common barycenter in a 180° ballet at the particular distance and moment, when their magnetic repulsion would become progressively greater than the reciprocal gravitational pull. They would resume their trajectory after the crossing with opposed maximal speed for another loop of the eight until they lost enough speed, so their reciprocal gravitational pull would attract them one more time together for the following X-crossing in 12’879 years. If Nibiru would cross before the Sun during this ballet and if the Earth would rotate in the same sense than Nibiru, we could live a solar eclipse by Nibiru which could last three days: the famous three days of darkness.
Another question is the sense of rotation of Nibiru and of his planetary system. My guess is that our binary star Nibiru and its system would rotate retrograde, in a clockwise manner. That would in a way balance the binary system Sun/Nibiru. It is therefore possible that all the retrograde orbiting moons, around the gaseous giant planet, and particularly Triton around Neptune [link to en.wikipedia.org] , were originally moons of the Nibiru system captured by the solar system in precedent crossings.
After the incoming pole shift we would still be in the same season, but Europe and North America would then live austral summer and austral winter. The north would have become the south and the east would have turn into the west. The sun would rise at the today’s west and set at the today’s east.
And that’s exactly what an Egyptian priest has said to Herodotus: the Sun has already changed several times the sense of its course [link to www.examiner.com]
It would also explain the design of the Orion belt used for the pyramids construction. It is turned upside down relatively to the today’s view, with delta orionis (the little one) below and a few at east of the two other’s axe). In the today’s sky, delta orionis is above the two others and a few at west of their axe. [link to commons.wikimedia.org] and [link to en.wikipedia.org] .
So it could represent a view of the Orion belt from what was then the northern hemisphere before the last pole shift, the today’s southern hemisphere, perhaps from their Atlantes constructors. And their purpose could have been to suggest the upside down reversal of the sky view and of Earth by the pole shift!!
We can imagine the effects of the austral winter on the today’s northern hemisphere: it would probably provoke a global frozen with a lowered level of the seas, but the boreal winter would also signify a warning for the southern hemisphere, because of the radically different earth/sea quotient in the two hemispheres. Maybe there will be a return to warmer and relatively constant climate in all the today’s southern hemisphere and viable conditions even for the a great part of the Antarctica region, as a consequence of a milder winter, as it was perhaps in the epoch of the Atlantis civilization before the last pole shift and flooding. It would correspond to the description of Plato: a round island with a sea all around beyond the Hercules columns. The African continent would become cooler and more humid than today. The Sahara region would receive much more rain and won’t be yet a desert. Egypt and Mesopotamia would become again paradises as they were a long time ago. Greece and Italy would have a much cooler climate than today, much more like Germany or England nowadays. But the northern Europe and North America would become way too cold for a comfortable living, with a winter of 7-8 months and a very hot summer of 3-4 months, with a rapid growth of vegetation and migration of hordes of ruminants going more and more to north to escape the terrible heat of tropical summer, then returning to south with the autumn, like the mammoths did before the last flooding and pole shift. They were possibly surprised by the pole shift in the middle of the austral summer and drowned by the tsunami as they had migrated in the arctic regions to escape the tropical heat and eat the new born arctic summer vegetation.
We could also expect a new period of glaciations in the northern hemisphere with the levels of the oceans lowered by hundreds of meters and more earth emerged in the southern hemisphere with the possibility of great polders under the level of the sea and the possibility of repopulation of the Antarctic continent by the people from northern Europe and America, something like a new Atlantis.
The Egyptian book of the death would also link these catastrophic events with a loop of Venus around the constellation Orion, which will actually happen between April and August 2012, according this link: [link to www.youtube.com] And guess what stand in the middle of this loop? ONE MORE TIME: THE TRANSIT OF VENUS. That event seems to be the common factor of the Hopi (alignment of stars), Mayan (last page of Dresden codex) and Apocalypse (delivery of the pregnant woman?) prophecies.
A crop circle appeared in Indonesia in January 2011 seems to illustrate such a pole shift: [link to alientunes.com] The design displays the path of a planet, then a contra-clockwise rotation of 5/8 or 225° and finally the continuing path of the planet with its new obliquity.
The complete eight-shaped circuit and complete cycle would take the time of the Precession of the Equinoxes: 25’758 years and comprehend two pole shifts (a little one (135°) and a big one (225°)) for returning to the start configuration. In this context, the symbolism of the eight signifying the eternal renewal would amazingly make sense.

The proximity of Nibiru would explain the cyclicity of the Earth’s obliquity. It would be at minimum, 22,5° just before and after the crossing, so the pole shifts would be exactly of 225° and 135°. And it would be at maximum, around 25°, when Nibiru and the Sun stand at the opposite summits of the eight (more under/above the ecliptic plane, but also more and more distant from Earth). The reverse statement would apply to the Sun activity, Earth’s volcanism and seismicity.
A diminished obliquity would also explain that the arctic spring occurred two days earlier than usually in Ilullissat, Greenland, in 2011: [link to www.dailymail.co.uk] But I couldn’t find anything about the spring 2012!? Was it the same??
That would as well corroborate the theory of the secret mechanism of the Cheops Pyramid as a hydraulic bolt to open a hidden chamber or to activate a hidden mechanism (some alert device?).

According this theory, if water would penetrate into the pipes on the side of the pyramid and flow to inundate the King Chamber, the pressure would open a hydraulic bolt. This system seems to have been tested, successfully, with the Queen Chamber and the bolt of this chamber seems to have been opened.
If this theory is funded, the only thing which could activate this mechanism would be a worldwide gigantic tsunami, which could bring enough water to this level to inundate the pipes leading to the inner chambers and trigger the mechanism.
My opinion is that the pyramids have been constructed only for this purpose. Their form is intended to resist to giant flooding. They were constructed long before the Egyptians by a technically advanced civilization and they were only reappropriated/restored by the Egyptians for the own glory. [link to www.pbs.org] They have possibly recovered the ancient blocks by a fine layer of limestone, which has been anyway destructed afterwards. The awkward transformation of the ancient lion into the current Sphinx is the blatant proof of this kind of practices.
To my mind the mechanism of the Queen Chamber has not been used for a test, but rather used for its purpose, successfully, when the last pole shift and the corresponding tsunami occurred around 10’868 BC. The last pole shift was the “little” one of 135° and the corresponding tsunami was “only” 60-70 m high. So it flooded, as calculated by the constructors, the level of the pipes leading to the Queen Chamber and triggered the bolt and the corresponding mechanism.
But it didn’t reached the level of the pipes leading to the King Chamber, because this Chamber is programmed to react to the impending “great” pole shift of 225° (of 2012!?) and to the corresponding tsunami of more than 100 m. The pipes leading to the Queen Chamber were duly obstructed after utilization, in order not to short-circuit the King Chamber mechanism.
