When I do, I usually get up, clear my mind, and by the time I return to bed I doze off with no problems

Tonight I've had 3 different disturbing dreams, clearing my mind, listening to music doesn't seem to help

I didn't eat anything except a light salad, one glass of merlot, didn't watch any movies

Anyone else here having trouble sleeping tonight?
