Updated, Where we are on this thoery: What has been established so far is that (a) Areas of Intense electrical eneergy are manifesting within conductive environments inside earth's biosphere. (b) The source of the electricity is in dispute, (i) ground or earth based (geomagnetic-dynamo) (ii) space originating, either solar caused, 'Fluff' caused, or Nibiru caused.(c) The phenomena is showing no signs of stopping, or slowing momentum.

Last fourth of July weekend there were multiple drowning victims throughout inland U.S. bodies of water, They we're all resulting from electrical shocks from unknown sources.
Now another drowning occurs of three individuals that were swimming at the same time without anyone else around, all of them drown simultaneously. (see link below).
Yet we're supposed to believe all of these mass fish deaths in inland bodies of water during the same time frame are a result of an algal bloom?
If you recall the same phenomena occured last year in and around beebe arkansas, electrical flashes in the sky and lakes killing flocks of birds and schools of fish in the tens of thousands. coincidence? could use analysis
What we really need is some solar-tard or backside intel from the fandango rangers, as to what could be causing widespread electrical events.

i.e. thses mass fish deaths are linked to the child electrocutions, which are events that are not cover-up-able. therefor the media is compartmentalizing these two events. making them seem unrelated. the truth is that we are having crazy crap happening globally and they want to prevent mass panic.
Here's my other wild claim, that i really think is true, Chemtails are to protect us from sun-doom when in it's worst phases include dissipation of the protective ionosphere, leading to electrical events within biological habitats.
Premise:
a.)Chemtrailing is always done over major population centers.
b.) The powers that be actually don't want civilization to end, despite the illuminati stuff.
c.) chemtrailing always gets posted when there are huge solar events.
d.) The only kinda secrets that don't get leaked out when TONS of people are involved, is when it's actually something good. Cause we all do mostly have souls.
e.) If people en masse we're aware that without a few planes dropping chems over their heads they might get obliterated by an electrical storm at any given moment. , cats and dogs living together, mass hysteria- peter vankman
