Original Message It's clear that we as humans have low tolerance for change, and when circumstances do change we cling to our traditions and wish to defend them to the death, but we must admit that throughout history things have changed and will continue to do so without us having much power over it.

SO has our current societal order in the western developed world made circumstances such that couples who wish to maintain the old traditional relationships are set to fail from the beginning? People just can't avoid to cheat it seems. Maybe the artificial paradigm of monogamy is about to fall and we're heading to a paradigm more similar to that of Huxley's Brave New World were people basically just had no strings attached relationships for the fun of it while a specialized bureau took care of cloning the new generations of workers?
