[quote:NowUNoIT 1474586:MV8xOTU3NzUxXzMyODM1MjE3XzcwNTk5MjZE] Good post OP - does anyone have a list of the major companies that are starting massive layoffs? I know the government may layoff a million employees and there's talk abou the WARN (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notice) Act. Google is firing 4, 000 employees from Motorola Mobility just a few weeks after acquiring the company.
Of of the 4, 000 to be fired, two-thirds will be from outside the United States as Google actively shuts down one-third of Motorola Mobility’s offices around the world.
