Original Message MISSOULA- A report late Tuesday afternoon says a man who initially said he was assaulted for being gay pleaded guilty to filing a false police report.

His story may have unraveled after a video surfaced that showed how he may have been injured.

The Missoula Independent newspaper obtained video of Joseph Baken, 22, attempting to do a backflip, but instead, smashing his face against the curb.
