[quote:The Observer 16137578:MV8xOTU5MDc5XzMyODU4NzcxXzcxNDQ2MzQy] They look like the makings of earthquake clouds. San Diego's been rumbling all week, small swarms. I live in LA and I noticed earthquake clouds last week and then @ 11:30 that night (around that time, I think), we had the 4.5 in Yorba Linda, but I definitely felt it and the aftershock a few seconds later. Just google earthquake clouds. I've accepted that there's enough science in the theory (something about gas releasing from the earth, rising into the atmosphere and mixing with other gaseous substances with barometric pressure part of the equation...) to be plausible. Even though I see those types of clouds often (they look like rows of wavy hair upside down), there's not always a quake that follows. But who knows, a lot of them are 1-2's. [/quote]

I have been lurking on this website for well over a year (Never posted). I am very skeptical of everything I see here. Well, tonight, I got freaked out when I took the dog for a walk. Never in my 24 years of living in San Diego have I seen anything even close to the weird f***ing clouds like I saw tonight. I was trying to take it all in, and then five Black Hawk helicopters came overhead in succession. What's really messed up is that I took photos of the helicopters, but they are barely visible on my smartphone camera (Galaxy Nexus). I could see them clearly in my vision, but when I took photos with my phone, they are barely visible. They look like mosquitoes. Are they able to somehow block me taking photos of them? I want to post photos but it seems like you must be a paying member of this website in order to do that. Any suggestions?
