Original Message i was in the health supplement store picking out a protein shake powder and wanted to get the kind sweetened with stevia.

the guy who works there told me stevia wasn't all it was cracked up to be, and so now i google stevia and find out it can be bad.

is this true?

guess i'm gonna have to get plain protein powder with no flavor at all. yuck.
