The NWS claimed that hurricane force winds would focus on our area last night, regardless of the speed-up that had occurred. We had NOTHING like that. Some winds and rain. My area is prone to power outages, and the lights flickered. Yes, flooding occurred, but that happens with all heavy rain systems. I've been through storms before that leave wraparound winds behind them as they pass. There are none here. Remember how big this storm looks or radar? There is nothing east of Baltimore.
