Lotto 6/49 has 13983816 possible outcomes. Can I buy 13983816 tickets to guarantee a win. If a ticket costs $3, I need 41.95 million dollars. If the Lotto is for 50 million, wouldn't it be worth the risk. Only risk would be if you had to share with other winners.
