Original Message I quit because I was starting to get lightheaded a lot, I was getting fatter and fatter, and I was worried I was pre-diabetic. I also had major fatigue. Now I feel much clearer-minded, with consistent energy levels throughout the day.

If you drink sugary drinks and eat sugary foods, try stopping for a few days and notice this difference. Life is much better now without these sugary foods and drinks.
