People, I would like to identify a component in a PCB. It looks like a common rectifier diode (1N4xxx) but it lacks the polarity strap and it has "B3P" printed on it. It is identified in the PCB as "DB3". I searched for it but I found no reference. Some colleagues suggested it could be an RF diode or diac.
