Original Message "According to media reports, eight on-duty police officers were recently refused service at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Manassas, Virginia because of their guns.

The eight police officers were on-duty, but were said to be in plain clothes. When they were approached by a server who saw their guns on display in their holsters, the worker purportedly told the officers that the establishment was a gun-free zone. The police officers proceeded to show the waitress their badges, but the server still would not take their orders. The worker continued to refuse the officers service in the restaurant.

A local present at the restaurant, Daryl LaClair, witnessed the entire situation and was so outraged that he wrote a letter to the restaurant chain and started a public awareness campaign."
