Original Message
Ecuador's ambassador to Peru picked up a fight with 2 women (mother and daughter) over places in a supermarket checkout lane.
IMO the women are not angels and might be professional troublemakers who try to profit by suing their aggresors.
But an ambassador must have self-control. He denied any physical aggression other than hitting the daughter with a magazine after being slapped on the face by her, but that wasn't true. Video has just surfaced that shows him kicking the woman on the ground.

It was understood by almost everybody that we would be having a new ambassador named in days, even hours.
President Correa stands by his ambassador, why?
