Original Message In the video you can clearly see Tamerlan standing next to Jeff at 1.28-1.32, his hat, glasses etc.

You can also see in that frame the CGI error.

They would have published this as mainstream news Tamerlan standing next to Jeff 1 -1.30 minutes before the bomb goes off!

This footage was handed in to the FBI - what? they missed him lol.

No - they knew it was bad, so they went with Jeff's cock and bull story instead that he saw him next to him.
