In my opinion it has not happened yet, but it will be happening soon. The Vatican is setting it up as we read.

Notes to look for - Vatican buys Jerusalem / Israel sells Jerusalem to Vatican. These headlines are all over the place and this action has been being put forward since 1996 or before.

First time the abomination was placed...back in 168/67 BC, Antiochus IV Epiphanes desecrated the Holy temple by erecting a great altar to Olympian Zeus (I'm not up on Greek mythology but some also say his name was Jupiter), the 'god of heaven' and sacrifices of pigs were offered on its altar. This same statue was taken to the Vatican where its head was re-cast into Peter or St Peter. This statue (not just a graven image of so called St Peter, but also a Greek god Zeus/Jupiter) is a violation of commandment #1 as well as commandment #2.

One note that I made in my study is that the abomination will be placed 1290 days after the sacrifice is ceased, according to Daniel 12. There was a significant push toward beginning the sacrifices for Passover after the alter was built in late 2009. In fact the Temple Mount Institute filed suit over this issue and http://www.examiner.com/article/israeli-supreme-court-stops-passover-sacrifice-but Israel Supreme Court (according to news headlines) "STOPS" the sacrifice. For this very Passover, lambs were being pre-sold for the sacrifice and had been prepped for many days. The action of the sacrifice was absolutely set into action physically as well as with legal action. However, the outcome was set by Israel Supreme court and it was ceased (as scripture states exactly). All prophecies in Daniel are fulfilled with a legislative or judiciary action. Of course this is my study and "let no man deceive you" so please look it up and see if you agree :)

Original Message I was wondering if anybody had any insight about a possible 3rd temple being rebuilt, or if the AoD has already happened?? According to this video, the guy gives pretty good evidence that March 22nd was the 'Obamanation' of Desolation. But what about this verse in Daniel??

Daniel 9:25-26 Know therefore and understand that from the going out of the word to restore and build Jerusalem to the coming of an anointed one, a prince, there shall be seven weeks. Then for sixty-two weeks it shall be built again[a] with squares and moat, but in a troubled time. And after the sixty-two weeks, an anointed one shall be cut off and shall have nothing. And the people of the prince who is to come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. Its[a] end shall come with a flood, and to the end there shall be war. Desolations are decreed....

And then it goes on to talk about the 'AoD'...the question is, do you think the temple needs to be physically rebuilt? And then the Abomination of Desolation, or do you think that we the church are the temple that have desecrated our bodies? Could this also be referring to Ezra's 2nd temple. And I think it means the period we are living now because it talks about the Abomination later on in these scriptures.

So are we still going to have the Temple Rebuilt? And if the Abomination happened already, then there would be no need for Temple, Right?? Please use the holy spirit to guide you.
