"Singapore is one of Asia’s most powerful economies, but it lacks a reliable water supply. A wastewater-reuse plant could change that by soon recycling enough sewage to meet 50 percent of the nation’s water needs."
As the worlds supply of Fresh Water becomes scarce, the recycling of sewage is now taking place in Australia and is planned to soon begin in several States including California and Arizona.
Australian Government Officials claim
"it is not possible to prevent potentially harmful organisms from entering southeast Queensland's water supply when recycled sewage is added to it"
