Several warnings have already been issued in Texas as well as North Dakota which is not under any watch at this time. One tornado has already been confirmed in North Dakota.

SOUTHWEST OKLAHOMA
NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL TEXAS
EFFECTIVE THIS FRIDAY MORNING AND EVENING FROM 1140 AM UNTIL 700 PM CDT.
TORNADOES...HAIL TO 3 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS TO 80 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.
THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 80 STATUTE MILES EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 20 MILES NORTH OF ALTUS OKLAHOMA TO 20 MILES SOUTH SOUTHEAST OF SAN ANGELO TEXAS. FOR A COMPLETE DEPICTION OF THE WATCH SEE THE ASSOCIATED WATCH OUTLINE UPDATE (WOUS64 KWNS WOU6).
