would there be a live video filter feed that filters it live as it is taking in video and filters it then outputs the video so you can see it in a filtered form like adobe? or is it a quartz lenses that has light pulsing through it with edges that act like a capacitor the left side is copper the right side is copper connected to the quartz and right is negative left positive or a frequency is passed through it? or maybe they would be powerful electromagnetic tubes you could look through connected to your eyes to give you cancer in 20 years,
