1. The Constitution of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands, protects the rights of only those who are citizens of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands, by birth or by naturalization through the prescribed legal system for immigration, and foreign dignitaries.
Children who are born in South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands, to parents who are not legal citizens of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands, are citizens of the parent's country of origin, and are not citizens of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands.
2. All rights afforded under this constitution are absolutely inalienable, for the protection and well being of the Citizenry of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands.
Under this constitution, the majority age in South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands is not less than eighteen years of age, and not older than age twenty one.
Those legally deemed to be incompetent are not fully protected under this constitution.
3. Every citizen of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands is afforded equal protection under the law, Discrimination in Employment, Housing, Public Service or Facilitation, Transportation, Education, Medicine, Credit and Banking and Financial practices and services, and access to justice on the basis of Race, Creed, Religion, Age, National Origin, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Disability, Marital Status, Employment and Economics, Veteran Status, Political Beliefs, Area and Geography of Residence, Area and Geography of Origin, or Personal history and characteristics if not involving being a convicted felon or illegal alien, is absolutely forbidden.
4. Every citizen of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands is afforded the freedom of speech, the freedom of the press, the freedom of self expression, the freedom of organization, the freedom of religion, the freedom of political belief, the freedom of thought, and the freedom of the Pursuit of Happiness and self gratification, as well as the right to lobby the congress and protest against perceived injustices or wrongdoing, unencumbered by governmental action or law.
5. Every citizen of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands is afforded the freedom of Absolute Property Ownership, Business ownership, Business and Economic Competition, and the right to a free market and personal income, whereby government has no place in the market, unencumbered by governmental action or law however, in good conscience, the government of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands is reserved the right to regulate fair business practices, Ethics, Educational requirements and Licensure and to ban or limit usury and to ban fraudulent practices on the part of businesses.
6. All companies that originate in South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands, must produce their products in South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands, and hire only legal citizens of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands who are of working age and meet the qualification standards set by both the Government, and the Business organization.
7. Every citizen of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands is afforded the right to a Jury of his or her peers, the right to competent representation of counsel for his or her defense and during police questioning, the right to the presumption of innocence until proven guilty in a court of law , the right to not be compelled to be a witness against his or herself, the right to refuse to answer questioning by police, the right to be informed of why he or she is arrested and being charged, the right to not be imprisoned or fined without due process of the law, the right to not face trial again on the same charges if acquitted, the right to humane treatment by police and the prosecution, the right to not be the subject of unwarranted searches and seizures, and the right to appeal against the findings and judgement of any court proceeding if the convicted person believes that his or her rights have been violated.
8. No person may be convicted of a crime without proof of criminal wrongdoing beyond a reasonable doubt
9. Every citizen of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands is afforded the absolute right, to absolute ownership, possession, sale, creation, trade and disposal of Armaments, unencumbered by Governmental Action or Law.
10. Every Citizen of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands is afforded the right to not be required to face excessive imprisonment, excessive fines, excessive bail costs, or to pay for a crime via capital punishment, or torture.
11. Involuntary servitude, other than to punish crimes, is absolutely forbidden, employees are afforded the Right to a living wage, benefits, and training provided by their employers.
12. Every citizen of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands who is convicted of a crime warranting jail or prison time, is afforded the absolute right to serve their sentences in a facility that is operated by the government, and not by a private company, business or entity.
13. States, Counties, Cities, Townships and Suburbs are not countries, but are politically official locations within the Country that is South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands, and Must follow the federal laws of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands, and are not permitted to attempt to separate themselves from the legal jurisdiction of the Government of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands.
14. Every Citizen of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands is afforded the right to vote for their leaders.
15. No person who is a citizen of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands may be denied Life, Liberty or Property without due process of the law.
16. All Citizens of South Georgia and the South Sandwhich Islands are afforded the Right to be Safe in their Persons, Papers and Effects.
