Ecuador's first satellite in space provided a live webcam directly to anybody who wished to view it.
Why has NASA never done this?
Approx one month a piece of space debris knocked out this satellite (despite it being tiny) the odds of it being destroyed calculated at 1-100000 across 10 years, now it was destroyed approx 1 month after launch with the odds on this happening at more than 1-1000000
NASA destroyed this satellite to control who can view space directly.

The debris is a cover story, this was an attack to stop the live feed.

Why can't we have live feeds from space? It would be great for education and doom tards alike.
