My ex-wife and I worked in child social work. We day-in and day-out dealt with the victims of these perpetrators.

Yes, of course, because after building a career out of counseling sex offenders, this guy buys everything they say hook, line, and sinker? That's what you're implying. I've met the man on several occasions and have spoken with him. He is a die-hard Christian and he works as the CEO of an institution that helps victimized children. The guy knows what he's talking about.

And it isn't like it hasn't taken a toll on him. He has dealt with the worst of the fucking worst offenders and hear the worst horror stories imaginable - from both the offenders and perpetrators. The guy regularly has bouts of depression and just goes on hiatus' from reality to cope with the shit he has heard.

If the guy says that for the majority of offenders it's about sexual preference, then guess what? It's about sexual preference.

What's so hard to believe about that anyway? It's not like he's rooting for them or that he recommends they be given light sentences or some liberal bullshit. He's just stating the facts of years of expertise in a horrible fucking field of work.

Original Message Now this is what I am talking about! .. Not that I think it will solve the pedophilia issue .. but it's a start ..

The bill would require sex offenders who are over the age of 21 whose victims were 12 or younger to be surgically castrated before being released from prison. Under the bill, the sex offender would be required to finance their own castration.
