Makes one wonder what's following. :hiding: Knees are freaking weak ass pieces of shit today. Can't walk worth crap. This happens, but has never happened to this extent. Mostly due to fatigue due to going at PT every day, day in and day out to improve. It's so discouraging. UGH. I wish I could just experience normal for 24 hours, then I can come back to this and move forward. Sigh. So frustrating. Hope everyone else is having a great week. Good night. So tired.
Yup! Things certainly picked up today. I know it's not easy, but try not to let a bad day discourage you too much or make you lose hope. You've come very far and have worked very hard to do so. Some days might be more strenuous than others which can exhaust you and lead to you needing a 'rest' day (or take-it-easier day). Could also have something to do with weather. Now that you've had a major surgery you may be prone to the aches/pains of a rainy day or maybe an incoming rainy day. Just a thought because I know weather causes these things with some people. Myself included. My mom too and many other family members. Regardless, don't let it get you down. Get your rest tonight and try to take it as easy as you can tomorrow. Hopefully by the morning you won't have any troubles. I will pray for that. : ) :hugs:
:truestory:Progress is most always a challenge.
I accidentally deleted the OP of this thread during some glitch issues on GLP this morning (10/30/17).
I will be posting some useful links in the next post to make it easier for those posting so you don't have to scroll through a massive OP. :)
I had to delete the first two comments on this thread to do so, but wanted to keep them so I've put them below.

I also would like to mention that I know this thread has MANY pages and that it can be somewhat intimidating to join/chime in on a long standing thread as a new member/AC (I've experienced it when I first joined GLP), but we are a VERY welcoming group to those who newly join us. We are a small family of sorts who are all mostly interested in the same earth-related topics (quakes/solar/volcanoes/weather/etc.) and share info on each of those topics as well as 'off-topic' discussions. We genuinely care for one another here and even when we do not agree with each other, we ALWAYS respect each other.
I truly enjoy when new folks join us here. All that I ask is to show respect. :)
