The big one. Of course lol. I'm really so mad at myself over this. I have connective tissue problems which I'm sure is playing into this. I just don't understand how it could be this bad from the move I was doing lol. But seriously. I guess it was the sudden, sharp movement. Who knows, but this sucks. I won't keep dwelling on it in here. I know that can get annoying. :tounge:
NO NO ..NOT AT ALL...I USED 2 B IN GYMS...HENCE..MY THREAD..BUT, I THOUGHT THAT THE ENTIRE CALF WAS THE GASTRO.?! LOOK, YOU MAY JUST NEED SOME 'MUSCLE RELAXERS'....PERHAPS EVEN THAT FLEX ER ALL SHIT WOULD WORK...GOTTUH STAY OFF OF IT..ENTIRELY..EVEN IF U HAVE TO GO TO CRUTCHES...SHORRY. DR. CAPS.
I was using this image as a reference for the location :1dunno1: Looking at the pic, the left gastro muscle hurts the most. [imgur]https://imgur.com/QD6erpX[/imgur] I have some crutches here if I need to move around a lot. And I can limp without them, although it hurts a lot. I just really didn't want to go back to work limping. Idk. I have an unrelated appointment on Monday with my hematologist. I'll ask his opinion on what I should do. :hf:
What's throwing me off is the visual bruising. I've pulled a calf muscle and it hurt like hell, but there wasn't any bruising (swelling, yes). I think that's a good idea to ask your Dr. about it on Monday. In the meantime, heat followed by ice and as Caps said, try to stay off it as much as possible for a few days.
THAT'S UH, DR. CAPS..BY THE WAY...AND UH...AS LONG AS IT IS NOT THE ACHILLES...U SAW WHAT HAPPENED TO BRAD PITT.UH YEAH...NO PRESSURE ON THE FOOT AT ALL...GET A 'FULL AND EXACT DIAGNOSIS' REGARDLE$$ OF CO$T$...U MAY 'NEED' SOME PILLZ TOO(MUSCLE RELAXORS)...THIS 'MAY' MOVE INTO THE EXPERTISE OF AN ORTHOPEDIST AS WELL...PERHAPS A BLOOD VESSEL WAS BRUISED AND OR SOME NERVES?...I DO KNOW THIS..IT 'NEEDS' SOME BOURBON!...AND ICE....NOT ON THE BOURBON! ON THE CALF! UH. GOOD LUCK. CAPPY WITH A BOX O CAB. IN ME ALREADY ON DERBY DAY. I 'COMMANDED' MEZZO TO GET WELL..AND...I'LL HOLD BACK ON THAT FOR YOU...FOR NOW..UH.
I accidentally deleted the OP of this thread during some glitch issues on GLP this morning (10/30/17).
I will be posting some useful links in the next post to make it easier for those posting so you don't have to scroll through a massive OP. :)
I had to delete the first two comments on this thread to do so, but wanted to keep them so I've put them below.

I also would like to mention that I know this thread has MANY pages and that it can be somewhat intimidating to join/chime in on a long standing thread as a new member/AC (I've experienced it when I first joined GLP), but we are a VERY welcoming group to those who newly join us. We are a small family of sorts who are all mostly interested in the same earth-related topics (quakes/solar/volcanoes/weather/etc.) and share info on each of those topics as well as 'off-topic' discussions. We genuinely care for one another here and even when we do not agree with each other, we ALWAYS respect each other.
I truly enjoy when new folks join us here. All that I ask is to show respect. :)
