Cincinnati chili Spaghetti Onions Shredded Cheese
U in Ohio, Jazzy? I always think of Ohio when I hear Skyline, but for all I know they have franchises elsewhere now.
Nah. Indiana. But only 30 or so miles from the Ohio border. We have both Skyline and Gold Star here too. But, I spent most of my life in Ohio. Born and lived there for 50 years. Came here to Indy to escape the madness.
Ah. I've spent a lot of time in Ohio. Lots of relatives there and spent most summers with them as a kid. I'm actually headed there this weekend for a family gathering. Will be breezing right through Indiana along the way. Indiana's the best part of the drive. Hills and actually very pretty in parts. Unlike Illnois, which is flat and ugly from beginning to end.
It's amazing here. Quiet, clean, friendly, easy going people. I live in a town of 1900 people and that's spread out over lots and lots of farmland. The 'town' itself probably only covers a square mile...lol. As soon as you cross the Indy/Ohio border, you can actually see the difference. Green fields, blue skies and trees ahead with concrete, dust, smog and packed streets in the rear view. Literally that quick. One step and you're outta the dump and into the garden.
I accidentally deleted the OP of this thread during some glitch issues on GLP this morning (10/30/17).
I will be posting some useful links in the next post to make it easier for those posting so you don't have to scroll through a massive OP. :)
I had to delete the first two comments on this thread to do so, but wanted to keep them so I've put them below.

I also would like to mention that I know this thread has MANY pages and that it can be somewhat intimidating to join/chime in on a long standing thread as a new member/AC (I've experienced it when I first joined GLP), but we are a VERY welcoming group to those who newly join us. We are a small family of sorts who are all mostly interested in the same earth-related topics (quakes/solar/volcanoes/weather/etc.) and share info on each of those topics as well as 'off-topic' discussions. We genuinely care for one another here and even when we do not agree with each other, we ALWAYS respect each other.
I truly enjoy when new folks join us here. All that I ask is to show respect. :)
