I'd call it fully loaded, but I didn't add cheese. I don't like cheese on potatoes, not even chili cheese fries. I find to get the huge Russets, I have to go to the bin and pick them out. It seems the last several years when you buy a 10lb bag of Russets, they just aren't huge like they used to be. Anyone else notice that? [loaded potato]http://i.imgur.com/F5nFuGj.jpg[/img]
Krogers here has been selling 10# bags of the russet bakers. They're HUGE. I thought they were GMO, they're so big. And there's the standard Idaho...they're puny
About the size average a Russet out a 5lb bag. Then some of the good baking size Russets I picked out my self, from the big bin. The ones out of the bin are not huge like I've seen before. But the ones from the bag, are so not big enough for a baked potato. I know a lot of people think it's nasty. But I always eat the skin. That's where all the fiber is you know. I scrub potatoes with the rough side a sponge. No, not a nasty sponge. I have a sponge for dishes and a sponge just for veggies and fruits.
I wash them with dishsoap, papertowel and rinse well. I also eat the skin.
See, you know what I mean about that's where all the fiber is. But dish soap? That just seems odd to me. But makes sense, they are grown in dirt. I scrub by potatoes very well. But doing that then dish soap, would for sure make sure to get all the worm poop off.
Actually, leaving a little dirt and worm poop on is probably a good thing. Food is sooooo sanitized today that we are deficient in a lot of nutrients. I take fulvic acid (from ancient pea moss bogs) to supplement.
I accidentally deleted the OP of this thread during some glitch issues on GLP this morning (10/30/17).
I will be posting some useful links in the next post to make it easier for those posting so you don't have to scroll through a massive OP. :)
I had to delete the first two comments on this thread to do so, but wanted to keep them so I've put them below.

I also would like to mention that I know this thread has MANY pages and that it can be somewhat intimidating to join/chime in on a long standing thread as a new member/AC (I've experienced it when I first joined GLP), but we are a VERY welcoming group to those who newly join us. We are a small family of sorts who are all mostly interested in the same earth-related topics (quakes/solar/volcanoes/weather/etc.) and share info on each of those topics as well as 'off-topic' discussions. We genuinely care for one another here and even when we do not agree with each other, we ALWAYS respect each other.
I truly enjoy when new folks join us here. All that I ask is to show respect. :)
