Just got back from doctor. Slightly elevated white count = duh Moderately elevated test for asthma = duh The other 3 tests weren't back yet. CT scan was goodish. There were two small nodules, that they want me to have another scan in a year to see if they have grown. Some scarring due to past pneumonia but they weren't bad enough to treat - that means cutting them out. Hubby and I both agree that we wanted this tested again in a couple of months and if still there (after new treatment plan), then we want them biopsied. Dr didn't seem too concerned at this point, as he thinks they are from all the infection I have had since Dec. I am still inflamed (but not pneumonia) but he didn't want to put me on more antibiotics at this time. Changed out all my asthma meds and scheduled me for a bunch of breathing tests that have to be done in a hospital setting. Doctors are idiots, so I will be doing all I can to make sure those "nodules" go away. Need to do some reading to figure out how to do that?????? Overall, I am optimistically cautious and no longer scared.
This sounds like good news so far. I agree, do some googling about how to possibly have an impact on those nodules. Also glad to hear the pneumonia is officially gone.
I accidentally deleted the OP of this thread during some glitch issues on GLP this morning (10/30/17).
I will be posting some useful links in the next post to make it easier for those posting so you don't have to scroll through a massive OP. :)
I had to delete the first two comments on this thread to do so, but wanted to keep them so I've put them below.

I also would like to mention that I know this thread has MANY pages and that it can be somewhat intimidating to join/chime in on a long standing thread as a new member/AC (I've experienced it when I first joined GLP), but we are a VERY welcoming group to those who newly join us. We are a small family of sorts who are all mostly interested in the same earth-related topics (quakes/solar/volcanoes/weather/etc.) and share info on each of those topics as well as 'off-topic' discussions. We genuinely care for one another here and even when we do not agree with each other, we ALWAYS respect each other.
I truly enjoy when new folks join us here. All that I ask is to show respect. :)
