A lot of women/young girls don't realize the amount of photo shopping and altering of photos there is to make the "ideal" woman.

No one is perfect and women should instead be taught to embrace who they are. The obsession with youth, plastic surgery, and basic fear of looking old is unhealthy.

I'm not saying don't wear make-up or try to make yourself look attractive but most women have to accept they are never going to look like a super model and are beautiful in there own way.

I'm okay with my crow's feet, I've earned every single wrinkle and gray hair I have.
