Original Message Toronto Police Emergency Task Force (ETF) detonated an "incendiary device" on a downtown sidewalk this morning after stopping a vehicle suspected in a number of recent arsons. This is normally a very busy downtown street. Video shows the detonation at about 8:00 in. If you're wondering how the reporter seems to know all the cops, he is a retired provincial police sergeant, and is also a regular on the tv show Canada's Worst Driver.
