Definitely those highlighted and zoomed parts don't look like any part of the 1966
Luna-13
lander, and considering that the Ruskies only put the
Lunokhod-1
rover on the Moon in 1970 with the
Luna-17
, I don't see excuses to explain those pair of axles with wheels assembled on them.
