Original Message Usually Yerba Mate gives me a lot of energy but not more than 3 days. After that my energy is being drained out and Mate isn't working anymore - giving only irritability.

Wikipedia says that energy inside of human's body is transferred via ATP molecule. And Yerba Mate is a catalyst which speeds up ATP (this is also from wiki). And ATP needs Magnesium to work.

So I tried to combine both - and it works totally awesome. I feel like that pink rabbit on Duracell batteries.
