You NEED to watch the video posted a few posts above yours.  His people loved him!  He travelled in the open and never had to worry about being assassinated.  It was foreigners and CIA shills ths caused the rebellion.

Original Message Just saw Captain Phillips. Great movie. Towards the beginning he's going over the cargo list and mutters something about transporting a bunch of water. Water? From the desert? Then I remembered the big water project Libya was doing.
