As I was searching the net for some reviews, I found this link to one, it pretty much says it all. Don't work or shop at Dillard's, it is truly an evil corporation. They literally wanted us to be like animals pouncing on their prey, I could literally see people getting bothered by us constantly asking if they needed help or trying to sell something. I watched people leave because they were so uncomfortable with the place. But if we employees didn't basically harass the customers by trying to reach our sales quota, we were lectured like children and treated like dirt. Link below
