Original Message Russia sent a terse message to the United States today, about the troubles going on in Ukraine; they had a plane fly above New York City . . . .

. . . . while pulling the St. George's Banner. That Banner is the symbol of Russian Separatists who are forcibly creating "New Russia" by taking Ukraine territory.

Is Russia telling the US they "can get to" NYC? Or is Russia telling the US "we have people in your largest city to do our bidding, so back-off Ukraine?"
