Subject One question , how come in certain countries there are no chemtrails? How would a chemtrail denier explain this?

Original Message I have lived in Venezuela and travel to other countries and I don't see any chemtrail in certain countries, infact the only ones I've seen them in is US ally countries or NATO, but not smaller countries, so chemtrail deniers what do we put into our fuel that makes clouds that other countries don't do? How would you explain this, I spent 10 years in Venezuela and only saw one chemtrail and it was so far off it was more over curaçao area, a Dutch island, but none,,,I mean none from where we were and we were 30 miles from a international airport. So could someone try to explain this if chemtrails are not real?
