I can't make up my mind...it has to be between garlic and onion...also rosemary...
garlic cured what repeated antibiotics wouldn't in my daughter's sore throat after years of suffering!
I love the taste, also.
Rosemary gives me energy, love the smell.
Tumeric is also great ....just as effective antidepressant as St. John's Wort, although not much is said about that.
I mix it with black pepper, as it is said to be more effective that way.
What's your favorite herb/spice...for cooking, medicinal, etc...and why
