[quote:Phennommennonn:MV8yNjA4NTMxXzQ1NTk4Nzc4X0ExNEM5NjRG] [quote:Anonymous Coward 61048791:MV8yNjA4NTMxXzQ1NTk4NzY2XzVGRUY4QTA5] Ebola is not airborne, it is viable outside the host, that is a big difference considering the dangers. It is not a bioweapon, because ebola takes up to 21 days to be effective, useless for a bioweapon that needs quick kills. Population decrease? No, for that something slower, stealthier like Aids is required. Is it natural? No, delicious bushmeat is not to blame. What happened? Kenema lab is a testing facility for vaccines. All your vaccines need to be tested on humans, that happens everywhere on the planet. But when it comes for children and pregnants, labs like kenema are used, because noone really cares about people in these countries and our children are far to worthy for being guinea pigs. It is like it is, but the local people were right when they claimed the doctors. Problem with live viral vaccines is that something may go awfully wrong, so you want a vaccine for ebola zaire and as a result you breed a new subspecies. Ebola´s death rate declines from infection to infection. Most of the deaths/infection occured in the triangle around kenema. Ebola transmission by aerosols confirmed: virus survives for days outside infected hosts
Ebola, you see, can "ride" on aerosolized particles of blood, mucous and other body fluids. Someone sneezing, can cause Ebola viruses to be aerosolized where they land on other people's hands or faces.
