With so much turmoil in the world, it pays to think about the places you love to visit because of their beauty and awesomeness or special meaning to you.
Here is one of my favorite places to visit in the summer. The water is very cold and its the site of an old mill. If you go downstream a ways, there are two cables that go across the ravine and a small (about 4ft long made from angle iron and lumber) "car" suspended by pulleys that would take a person to the other side. Its rich in history and rich in beauty.I once found an arrowhead there.
Some of the spring comes from the mouth of a cave, then downstream, the rest of the spring boils up onto a blue froth. You have to walk about a mile to get there, and its about as secluded as you can get to begin with. It flows into the Eleven Point river, a wild spring fed COLD Ozark river.
