Thursday September 25th--Is it a day we should be worried about?

For the past few weeks, I have read on this forum, as well as others, that on or around September 25th we could expect something to happen that will shake the United States and make those who haven't take notice, stand up and wonder how this could happen.
Now shake is such a strong word, mainly because it would need to be equal to 9/11 in order for the people of this country to feel as if we are certainly under attack from a foreign group or nation.
As normal rhetoric goes, I didn't believe it, nor did I feel that any prediction or a vibe that a person was having could be possible. That was until yesterday and the fact that the United States took the liberty to strike inside Syria. What was even more puzzling was by the time most American's woke up we found out that we struck a little known organization that was about to attack our country, named Khorasan.
Now I don't know if they were ready to attack us? Is it possible, yes. I am wondering if they were ready, did the air strikes stop it? Probably not...
The biggest issue that I have is the date. Why were people saying the 25th? Why are people having dreams and why are people stocking up, even before we opted to strike Syria?
Perhaps the news media hyped it or is it possible that we need to go on alert as Americans and believe that an attack is going to take place within the next 2 to 7 days?
I hope that the feelings and worries that people are having about an event to take place passes.
I really don't want to relive 9/11 again, it was an awful day and I hate the fact that real possibility is there for it to happen. Let's pray that it doesn't happen!
